Like the short-term production insurance programs, DICE / Annual production insurance is an all-risk type of insurance program.
To be eligible, a production must be shot only within the United States and Canada. The cost of production must not exceed $5 million. There are negative qualifies to this program, and any producer wanting to insure must make sure that his DICE or Annual production does (a) NOT have stunts or fight scenes, (b) NOT make use of guns, squibs, blanks, and pyrotechnics, (c) NOT include animals, aircrafts and boats in production, (d) NOT shoot a gangster rap music live performance, (e) NOT use scaffolding that stand over 15 feet, (f) NOT shoot outside the United States or Canada.
We do however have a special program available at a higher price that would cover the above restrictions.
As an all-risk insurance program, DICE / Annual Productions insurance cover:
- Shooting equipment
- Other miscellaneous equipment
- Property owned by third parties
- Wardrobe, sets and props
- Negative and faulty stock
- Office contents
- Extra expenses
- Workers’ compensation
- Indemnification against general liability
- Liability arising from automobiles
