Annual Event Insurance

This insurance program has practically all the features of a special events insurance program, except that there is no maximum attendance limit and there is also no limit to the number of days that an event my last.

Among the events that can be covered under this type of insurance program include events relating to holidays, concerts, shows, weddings, festivals, business meetings, among others.

To be eligible for the insurance program, the event must take place only within the United States or Canada. The event must also NOT involve:

Car races,
Precision driving,
Mechanical devices,
Armed guards
Film production
Live rap/hip-hop performance
Rock/metal music performance

With our annual events insurance program, you can choose to protected from (a) general liability, (b) liquor liability, (c) liability arising from automobile and physical damage, (d) damage to third party-owned property (e) damage to rented equipment, props, sets and wardrobe, (f) cost of medical attention to participants and spectators (g) excess liability, and (h) all risks to owned equipment.
