Festivals and trade shows are some of the most exciting events to organize. However, they can also be risky. Our insurance policies cover festivals and trade shows held anywhere in the United States and Canada.
We offer two different types of policies: per-event policy and annual policy. Our insurance policies are comprehensive - and cost only a fraction of the unforeseen, yet actual, damages and liabilities.
Our Single Event policies are for events lasting 90 days or less. Under our single event policy, we protect you from lawsuits arising from different liabilities, including general liability, liquor liability, automobile liability and physical damage, as well as third party property damage. This policy also covers the cost of replacing damaged or stolen equipment, sets, props and wardrobe are also covered, regardless if they are rented or owned.

This insurance also protects your investment from losses in cases of event cancellation, medical attention for event participants and spectators, and workers compensation.
Our Annual Event insurance protection are for events that last over 90 days. Like the single event policy, the Annual Event insurance protects you from lawsuits arising from different liabilities, including general liability, liquor liability, automobile liability and physical damage, as well as third party property damage. It also covers the cost of replacing damaged or stolen equipment, sets, props and wardrobe are also covered, regardless if rented or owned.
We do not cover events involving aircrafts, stunts, pyrotechnics, mechanical amusement devices, hazardous activities, and private armed security guards. Car races, precision driving, film production, and concerts featuring live rap/hip-hop music and live metal music are not covered under any of our insurance policies for festivals and trade shows. We do however have a special program available at a higher price that would cover the above restrictions.
